What is the return policy?
The notification for non-compliance of an order is made in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods. Once we receive a request for non-compliance will check the situation and we will contact you to advise you if the goods will be replaced.
If the products ordered not correspond with the products they received must be returned and packaged so as to receive them in perfect condition. Transport for replacement is free.
If there is a defect which apear by transport carrier, this as well as insurance it is the customer’s responsibility.
How can I be sure that the products are genuine?
Being on this market for about 8 years, we have established a secure source of supply. All our suppliers are checked legislative and qualitative.
You can check the product codes to producer.
You can test chemical and dermatological products in specialized laboratories.
We guarantee that the products are of high quality and authentic.
How can I get a copy of the list price?
Simply register with your company in area client menu.
You provide testers?
Since we supply regularly around 80 categories with over 2000 product lines we are not currently able to offer a complete line of updated testers.
How to order or open an account offline?
Simply contact us by phone or email and provide us your name, your business name, full delivery address including postcode, billing address (if different), contact telephone numbers and an e-mail.
Once you have submitted this information, we can create an account for billing and verification purposes. Since then you are ready to order.
How quickly leave the goods to me?
Once we have confirmation of payment (bank wire copy) for an order the goods leave to your address next working day if the order was given until 1 pm (GMT).
I should be paying VAT to order?
Yes. Only VAT paying companies can give an order.
Can I pay after I recieve the goods ?
Regarding payment, we request payment in full before the goods are released.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is 2000 EUR (excl. VAT)
What are the opening hours?
Our opening hours is between 10am – 4pm (GMT) Monday to Friday from January to August.
During September, October, November and December we are open between 10am – 6pm (GMT), these months are the busiest in sales inquires.
How do I save a price list for my online store?
Login using your email address and password, click on the request price list in the toolbar on the right / up and save the price list in CSV format.
How do I pay my order?
Order proforma invoice is paid by bank wire (cross-currency), at the exchange rate of your bank from that day.
What are the costs of transfer by cross-currency?
The transfer costs through cross-curency are 0.
The only costs are the fees, exchange rates or other fees related to your particular account and the bank where you have your account.
